じこしょうかい

わたしは ムーニーです。 アメリカじんです。 よねんせいです。 せんこうは いがくのぶつりがくです。 わたしは にほんじんじゃありません。

One of my goals in life is to be able to eat the Japanese delicacy known as kobe beef. The cows that make kobe beef are only grown in the Hyogo Prefecture in Japan, so it is a very rare meat. It is also supposed to be a very good type of beef, and it is typically rated 2 ranks higher than the typical prime rib steak here in America. If I ever visit Japan and have the money to pay for kobe beef, I wish to eat this delicacy.

  4. I was able to try kobe beef this summer and I can confirm that it is everything you imagine it to be...the inconceivably thin slices of beef dipped in sesame sauce, sprinkled with a little scallion, ginger and daikon--literally melts in your mouth.

Also, apparently Kobe Bryant's parents had their honeymoon in Kobe, Japan and loved the beef so much they named their son in honor of it, ha.
